Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 June 2026

By using HidePal you agree to these terms. HidePal is a private vault for storing your own photos and videos.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you store. You're responsible for having the right to store it, and for not using HidePal for anything unlawful. We don't claim ownership of your photos or videos.

Your access

Viewing and exporting content you've already saved is free, always. You're responsible for keeping your PIN and recovery sign-in safe — see Support if you lose access.

Plans & payment

Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions that increase your cloud storage. Purchases and renewals are handled by Apple through your App Store account, and are subject to Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA). You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; you're not charged during a free trial.

Service & liability

We work to keep HidePal available and your content safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
